Art Direction & Immersive Environments for Brands & Bespoke Celebrations
THE DESIGN RETAINER | $1000 + HST
Secures your date and initiates the visual concept, mood boards, sketches and initial vendor sourcing.
FULL EVENT DESIGN & PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT | Starting at $2,500 + HST
Our professional fee for full art direction, vendor liaison, and on-site styling. For large-scale productions, a rolling scale fee based on the decor budget applies. Smaller budgets are quoted with a flat fee dependent on the requirements.
BRAND ACTIVATIONS & CUSTOM INSTALLATIONS | Custom Quote
For standalone backdrops, floral sculptures, product displays or custom fabrications and installations.
All fees are subject to 13% HST. Venue-specific labor for setup and late-night strike is quoted individually to ensure accuracy.
